1.What this notice covers

This notice applies to this website only. It does not cover VisaClear, Farola or SupplierHub. Any privacy information for a product is provided separately, with that product, and nothing you share with a product is collected through this website.

2.Who is responsible for your information

VERICORE S LTD operates this website under the VERICORE S brand.

VERICORE S LTD. Registered in Nigeria. Company number RC 9707305.

Our place of business is in Warsaw, Poland.

VERICORE S LTD is responsible for the personal information described in this notice (the “data controller”). For any question about privacy or this notice, email us at:

3.What this website does

This website only provides information. You cannot create an account, sign in, fill in a form or pay for anything on it.

The website’s own code does not:

  • set cookies
  • use analytics, advertising or other tracking
  • store information about you in your browser
  • load fonts, scripts or other files from other companies’ servers

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare (see section 4), offers optional security features that, when they are switched on, can add a small script or a security cookie to a page, for example to check that a visitor is not an automated program. These features are part of Cloudflare’s service, not of this website’s own code.

We do not plan to switch on features of this kind. Cloudflare may still check some visits automatically to protect the website, and a check of this kind can set a security cookie in your browser.

4.Hosting and security

Whenever your browser loads a page from any website, it sends technical information needed to deliver that page. This includes your IP address, the address of the page you asked for and details such as your browser type and operating system.

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare receives this information to deliver the website to you and to protect it, for example against attacks and automated abuse. Cloudflare’s privacy policy says that it processes data on behalf of its customers, such as us, and explains how it does so.

This website’s own code does not record any of this information, and we do not keep it. Cloudflare’s privacy policy does not say how long Cloudflare keeps information about visits to the websites it serves, and we have not been able to confirm this for our account. If we confirm it, we will add it to this notice.

5.If you email us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any other information you choose to include, such as your name.

Your email is sent from your own email program or service, not through this website. We receive and reply to emails using Gmail, an email service provided by Google. Google explains how it handles information in its own privacy policy.

We keep business emails for as long as we reasonably need them to answer enquiries, manage related correspondence and meet legal obligations. We delete emails ourselves once we no longer need them. This is not automatic and does not happen on a fixed schedule.

6.Why we use your information

For each purpose, this is what we use and the legal basis we rely on:

  • Delivering this website and keeping it secure: we use the technical information described in section 4. Our basis is our legitimate interests in running a website that works and is protected against attacks and abuse.
  • Answering your email and managing any correspondence that follows: we use the information in your email. Our basis is our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us.
  • Discussing an agreement with you: if you contact us about entering into an agreement with us, our basis is that using your information is necessary to take the steps you ask for before that agreement is made.
  • Meeting legal obligations: where the law requires us to keep or use an email, for example for business records, our basis is that this is necessary to comply with that obligation.

These bases are set out in section 25 of the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and, where the GDPR applies, Article 6 of the GDPR.

We do not make decisions about you by automated means, and we do not use your information for profiling.

7.Information processed in other countries

Cloudflare and Google run their services in many countries. Information about your visit, and any email you send us, may be processed in countries outside Nigeria or the European Economic Area, including the United States.

Both companies publish information about how they handle transfers between countries. In those published policies, each says it relies on recognised legal mechanisms for some transfers, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. These are the companies’ own general statements about their services.

We have not separately confirmed how these mechanisms apply to our own accounts with Cloudflare and Google.

8.Your rights

Depending on where you are and which law applies, you may have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • ask us to correct information that is wrong
  • ask us to delete your information, where the law allows
  • object to, or ask us to restrict, some uses of your information

These rights do not apply in every situation. To use any of them, email us. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on your request.

You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Nigeria, this is the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (ndpc.gov.ng). If European data protection law applies to you, you can complain to the authority in the country where you live or work, for example the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.

9.Changes to this notice

If we change how this website handles information, for example by adding a contact form or analytics, we will update this notice before the change takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
